The Training programs are based on accumulated experience from my own fitness journey and personal training education.
I write exercise programs the way I like to have them myself; routine sessions every week, inspiring and varying exercises, hard / easy weeks and only as many reps and sets as I think are needed to achieve a certain goal. Of course, I have also included my favorite workouts! You get a mobility program and a basic nutrition guideline when you buy your program.
The training programs should be seen as inspiration and do not need to be followed slavishly if you do not want to. The most important thing is to keep your training fun – that’s how you’ll get the best results!
